My husband and I together with our extended family have enjoyed the benefits of using the SYM services since 2010, not only for the servicing and technical support but also for the assistance with day to day life on board. We have often used the efficient and knowledgeable concierge service on hand to assist with booking local restaurants, taxis and facilitating deliveries of supplies, not to mention help with trying to second guess the local weather conditions, and of course because we are talking about boats here, the ever present WC fixing service which is always of paramount importance.

We really appreciate the personal contact with friendly SYM staff who have always been on hand to welcome our family and friends, we have always thought of our boat as a second home, so discretion and privacy are very important to us.
